About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Contract Project Manager with specialist knowledge of Procore construction management software. This role will be crucial in driving the successful implementation and adoption of Procore across our projects, ensuring efficient project delivery, improved collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procore Implementation: Lead the implementation of Procore across assigned projects, including configuration, data migration, user training, and ongoing support.
- Project Management: Manage assigned construction projects within Procore, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors within the Procore platform.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to project teams on the use of Procore, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize the platform effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and workflows through the effective use of Procore.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Procore's reporting tools to track project progress, analyze data, and provide insights to project teams and stakeholders.
- System Administration: Manage user access, permissions, and system settings within Procore.
- Procore Updates: Stay up-to-date on new Procore features and functionalities and ensure the system is optimized for our needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management
- Proven experience using Procore construction management software
- Strong understanding of construction processes and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Procore certification is highly desirable
